Self-Installable Rod End Studs

We have been staking rod end studs into spherical rod ends (heim joints) for 20+ years, but a few years ago one of our guys came up with the idea of having a rod end stud that the customer could install themselves. The goal, of course, is that if you can install your own studs, you don't have to stock both studded and non-studded rod ends. The Scotty Bolt (mcp trademark) is now available in almost all sizes of inch and metric rod ends.
