Contract Powder Painting

Midwest Control Products Corp., registered to ISO9001 and Q9001-2000, custom powder paints aluminum and steel fabrications in a wide variety of configurations. As a known supplier to the off-highway industry, we stock a large range of Mack, Volvo, Case, New Holland, Caterpillar, Grove and John Deere powder paints.

Our paint system is a continuous 500'+ conveyor that passes through a 3-stage wash, a dry-off oven, a powder paint booth and a cure oven. Cure time ranges from 11 to 12 minutes at high temperatures. Inspections performed include color, thickness, gloss, and adhesion.

We design and build custom racks in-house for maximum production efficiency and quality. A large variety of standard racks are also available. Presenting a maximum volume of parts to the powder booth and ovens allow us to maintain high quality output.

Profile: the system is designed to accept parts that fit within the 30" x 24" x 90" openings. For small parts, special racks are employed to maximize quantity painted at one time.

Masking: full inventory of common sizes of thread and hole protectors. Custom masking solutions available.

Rack Designs: custom and standard racks readily available. Special designs made in-house.
