Tapping Pipe/Tubing

Application: MCP Corp. offers cut and rolled internal threads in a variety of pipe and tube products for such applications as linkages, grab handles and tie rods. Available in any length of material, MCP drills/taps pipe and tubing up to 3" O.D. If internal threads are used on only one end, the other end can be formed or machined to your specifications. Metric threads are available.

Materials: carbon, stainless and aluminum.

Finish: plain, painted or plated (if both ends of pipe are open) are available. If plating is specified, standard MCP plating is zinc with a yellow dichromate treatment (MCP spec# Zinc Yellow-Class 1).
